We believe that you have the inner resources to find healing and our aim is to provide a safe space in which we can support you to explore your issues, examine your internal world and arrive at personal resolution.

We have over 30 years of therapeutic experience in clinical settings and offer:

  • 1:1 Therapy
  • Couples Counselling
  • Group Therapy
  • Family Support
  • Executive Coaching

We work with a variety of issues including; stress, depression, anxiety, bereavement, anger management, relationship difficulties, cultural issues, eating disorders and other addictions.

All of our services are provided within a confidential and ethical framework and this ensures that we are working to the highest standards of best practice.

We have experienced that our approach supports the building of trust, in order to form a robust therapeutic alliance, and ultimately allows each individual the autonomy to steer their treatment journey.

We also deliver Education, Training and Consultancy on the treatment of Addictive Disorders to Health-Care Professionals and Social-Sector Organisations.

We are currently Guest Lecturers on the Addiction Psychology & Counselling MSc at London South Bank University.

We crave to be seen, loved and admired, but we hide in plain sight, with a chronic fear of exposure, sabotaging anything that touches our vulnerability.

We crave to be heard and have connection, because on many levels we weren’t, in our most desperately painful, lost and confusing moments.

We will eventually find all that we have ever needed, in deep and meaningful ways, but we have to do ‘the work’ first.

Once we ‘make a friend of horror’ and can live beside our ‘heart of darkness’ without our avoidant defences, coping strategies and addictive distraction…we can embrace our truth, to love ourselves and and allow love in.
